SUPER’S DIANA, S.L. (hereinafter, "SUPER’S DIANA" or "the OWNER") is the owner of the website www.supersdiana.com (hereinafter, the "WEBSITE"). Access to the WEBSITE confers the status of User and implies acceptance of the provisions of this Legal Notice.
1.2. Object and recipients
The WEBSITE is of an informative nature and is aimed at professionals in the veterinary and agri-food sectors. It does not constitute a direct sales channel to the final consumer or a marketing channel for veterinary medicines. The information on authorised veterinary products is provided for informational purposes and in no case substitutes the authorised technical data sheet from the AEMPS, which shall prevail over any information published on the WEBSITE in case of discrepancy. Prescription medicines are only dispensed through legally authorised channels.
