SUPER’S DIANA, S.L.U. processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD. Essential information regarding the processing is as follows.

1.2. Purposes and legal bases
The personal data collected through the WEBSITE and other channels of relationship with SUPER’S DIANA are processed for the following purposes and legal bases:
- To handle enquiries and requests for commercial, technical, or regulatory information received via the contact form, email, or telephone. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) or consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Managing business relationships with professional clients, distributors, export agents and suppliers, including invoicing. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- To comply with applicable legal obligations, particularly tax, accounting, and those arising from veterinary pharmacovigilance. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- To send commercial communications and newsletters to existing customers about similar products (Art. 21.2 LSSI-CE) or, in other cases, with the prior consent of the interested party (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). The interested party may object to receiving these communications at any time, free of charge.
1.3. Data Categories and Retention Periods
Identifying and contact details (name, email address, telephone number, company, job title, country) are processed, and, where a commercial relationship exists, economic data is processed. Data is retained: for the duration of the commercial relationship and, once it has ended, for the statutory limitation periods for tax, accounting, and commercial obligations (generally, up to six years); for enquiries not associated with a commercial relationship, for up to 12 months; for commercial mailings with consent, until it is revoked.
1.4. Recipients and Data Processors
The data is not transferred to third parties except under legal obligation (competent public administrations, including AEMPS where applicable). Service providers to SUPER’S DIANA acting as data processors, in accordance with Article 28 GDPR, have access to the data, in particular:
- HubSpot, Inc. (United States) — CRM platform and marketing automation used for business contact management, web forms, and, where applicable, commercial mailings.
- Website hosting and maintenance providers, email tools, messaging services, management, carriers, and statistical analysis tools.
1.5. International Transfers
The use of HubSpot, Inc. involves an international transfer of data to the United States. This transfer is covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR: HubSpot, Inc.'s certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) and, in a complementary capacity, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, included in the Data Processing Agreement signed with the provider.
In addition, within the framework of its export activity to over 30 countries, SUPER’S DIANA may communicate professional contact details to its local distributors and agents to the strictly necessary extent for managing the commercial relationship. If, in any case, such communication were to involve a transfer to a country lacking an adequacy decision from the European Commission, it would be covered by the safeguards of Articles 46 and onwards of the GDPR. The data subject may request a copy of these safeguards by writing to export@supersdiana.com.
1.6. Data subject rights
The data subject may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and not to be subject to automated decision-making, as well as withdraw their given consent, by sending a communication to SUPER’S DIANA, S.L.U. – 24 Llevant Street (El Pla Industrial Estate)
